GKIDS, Fathom launches new Ghibli screening tour

Nine classic anime features will be part of Th. e Studio Ghibli Fest 2018. from GKIDS Wi Th. Fa Thom Events.

DENVER -After the 2017 success series, GKIDS and Fathom Events continued to work together to bring a new series of Studio Ghibli films to American cinema in 2018.

Studio Ghibli Fest 2018 Let fans have the opportunity to see the most respected animated masterpieces of nine film studios on the screens of national cinemas.

Here are the movies, show dates and profiles:

  • Ponyo (10th Anniversary) – March 25th, 26th and 28th. When Sosuke, a little boy who lives on a cliff overlooking the sea, rescues a stranded goldfish named Ponyo, he finds more than just bargaining. Ponyo is a curious, energetic young man who longs to be human, but even if she causes confusion around the house, her father, a powerful wizard, plans to get Ponyo back to the sea.
